Tested Recipe of Spongy, Delicious, Tasty and Very Easy to Make Microwave Oven Brownie or Black Forest Cake
Ingredients
1 coco powder - 3 1/2tbsp
2 maida - 8tbsp
3 butter (unsalted)- 100gm
4 sugar(powdered)- 100gm
5 egg - 1no.
6 vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
7 baking powder - 1/2tsp
8 milk - 4tbsp
Method
1 sift flour with baking powder .keep aside.
2 microwave butter in a bowl for 1 minute or till butter melts.
3 add coco powder into butter and mix well.
4 beat egg and essence well with an egg beater or in a mixer jar till light and fluffy and add into coco-butter mix and mix well.
5 add sugar and mix well.
6 add maida baking powder mixture,mix and add milk mix the mixture well
7 transfer the mixture to a big , greased deep microwave safe dish and microwave for 2min 20 secs.
you can decorate it with any icing and chopped nuts.
