You konw that this is all due to the month-long temperatures being about 43 degree celsius. But if we take some precautions we can keep ourselves free from the impact of this hot season. First of all, we must wear loose and light coloured cotton clothes. When we perspire, these clothes tend to act as coolers to the body. We can go to swimming and take a shower whenever we feel heat. Regarding food we should take fruit salad and other summer season fruits like melons, water melons etc. Nimbu paani and Aam panna are preparations that can enable our bodies to face the hot season a right. We should wear slippers or sandals instead of shoes as these don't let heat out of our soles. We should wear solar hat or cap on our heads to ward off heat.
