A paragraph on Morning Walk

Morning Walk
'Healhy mind resides in a healthy body.' Exercises and balanced diets are needed for a healthy body. Walking in morning is simple but an effective exercise. Exercising in a closed room doesn't give enough fresh air. If we walk in early morning, the air won't be polluted due to smoke emitted by vehicles and factories.It will be a great relaxation for students. No equipments are required for morning walks. As we consumes energy while walking, the stored fats will be utilized. It makes our body healthy. The beautifull nature which we see while walking enlivens our eyes and cheers our mind. A companion reduces the boring and tiredness of walking. This simple exercise gives unimaginable and healthy results.
